                             AVATION - PUBLICATION OF SUPPLEMENTARY PROSPECTUS

At  the request of the UK Listing Authority, the Company has today published a supplement to its prospectus
dated 30 September 2010 (the "Prospectus") in order to clarify part of the rubric on the front page of  the
Prospectus.

Accordingly, the last paragraph of the front page of the Prospectus is amended to read:

"It  should be noted that, as the Company will be listed with a Standard Listing and certain of the Listing
Rules will therefore not apply to the Company, the UK Listing Authority will not have the authority to (and
will  not) monitor the Company's compliance with any of the Listing Rules and/or any provision of the Model
Code  which would otherwise not apply but which the Company has indicated herein that it intends to  comply
with on a voluntary basis, nor to impose sanctions in respect of any failure by the Company to so comply."

The   supplementary  prospectus  dated  5  October  2010  can  be  found  on  the  Company's   website   at
www.avation.net/prospectus or a hard copy can be obtained from the Company or its advisors.

A  copy  of  the  supplementary prospectus of the Company dated 5 October 2010 has been  submitted  to  the
National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at "www.hemscott.com/nsm.do".
