                                       RESULT OF AGM AND DIVIDEND DETAILS

Avation PLC, (LSE: AVAP) the aircraft leasing company, which purchases commercial passenger aircraft and  leases
them to airlines, advises that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today.

The resolution approving the final dividend was passed with the relevant dates and rate being:

Ex-Dividend Date:        13 November 2013
Record Date:             15 November 2013
Payment Date:            18 November 2013
Rate:                    USD cents 1.78 per share
