DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

Avation PLC (LSE: AVAP), the commercial passenger aircraft leasing company advises that it has appointed Mr. Mark Shelton as a non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr. Shelton has held Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer roles in a variety of industries both in publicly listed and private companies. These industries have included finance, media, aviation, continuous surface mining and fuel distribution.

Mr. Shelton held the position of CEO of Skywest Airlines and was instrumental in forming the Virgin Australia Regional Airlines ATR 72 network.

RESPONSE TO ANALYST QUESTION

In response to an analyst's question at the Company's annual general meeting, the Company clarified that it does not expect any further material impact on the timetable for deliveries of its aircraft being transitioned or sold, as a result of the wider industrial issues with aircraft servicing and repair workshops.

CANCELLATION OF TREASURY SHARES AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

The Company further advises that its Directors have resolved to cancel the Company's entire holding or treasury shares, being 2,310,000 ordinary shares. Following such cancellation, there are 69,535,124 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company in issue and there are 69,535,124 total voting rights for the purpose of calculating shareholders' percentage voting rights.
