AVI GLOBAL TRUST PLC  (the "Company")

Completion of Share Split

The Company today announces the completion of the previously announced sub-division (the "Share Split") of each ordinary share of 10 pence each ("Existing Ordinary Share") into 5 ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("New Ordinary Shares"), which was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, 16 December 2021.  The Company's capital now consists of 580,015,665 ordinary shares of 2 pence each, of which 72,483,685 shares are held in treasury. Total voting rights attaching to ordinary shares are therefore 507,531,980.

From Monday, 17 January 2022, the New Ordinary Shares are listed and trading on the London Stock Exchange under a new ISIN and SEDOL, as follows:

· New ISIN: GB00BLH3CY60

· New SEDOL: BLH3CY6

The ticker for the New Ordinary Shares remains the same (AGT).

Please note that following the 5 for 1 sub-division of the 10 pence ordinary shares into 2 pence ordinary shares, the values reported with effect from close of business 17 January 2022 will be calculated in accordance with the new ordinary shares in issue.
