British Empire Securities and General Trust plc announces that the rate of interest (gross of income tax) on its Equities Index Unsecured Loan Stock 2013 for the quarter ended 30 June 2012 is 3.202 pence per unit, equivalent to £32.02 per 1,000 units of stock.

The record date for the payment is 30 June 2012 and the interest will be paid on 10 July 2012.
