Equities Index Unsecured Loan Stock 2013

The Company announces that, in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed governing the Equities Index Unsecured Loan Stock 2013 (the Loan Stock), the Company will repay the Capital Value on 15 April 2013 to holders on the register at the close of business on 28 March 2013.

Payment of the final interest amount for the quarter ending 31 March 2013 will also be made on 15 April 2013 in accordance with the provisions of the Trust Deed governing the Loan Stock.
