Equities Index Unsecured Loan Stock 2013 ('Equities Index Stock')

British Empire Securities and General Trust plc announces that it has today bought back 16,968 units of its Equities Index Stock for cancellation at a price of 231.5 pence per unit.  

Following this purchase, 2,652,426 units of Equities Index Stock remain in issue.
