The Company announces that on 13 October 2023, it bought back 279,146 Ordinary shares of 2p each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: BLH3CY6 / ISIN: GB00BLH3CY60), representing approximately 0.055% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 198.4818 pence per Ordinary share. The Ordinary shares bought back will be cancelled.
