Cancellation of Share Premium Account

The Company is pleased to announce that the High Court of Justice of England and Wales has confirmed the cancellation of the amount standing to the credit of the Company's share premium account immediately following admission on 23 October 2018 and an equivalent amount has therefore been credited to the Company's distributable reserves.

The order approving the cancellation was registered with the Registrar of Companies on 4 June 2019 and therefore became effective on that date.
