Avingtrans plc was notified on 13 November 2007 that certain employee's had
exercised options over 55,000 ordinary shares of 5pence each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares').
Pursuant to the above described exercise of EMI share options, Avingtrans
announces that 55,000 Ordinary Shares have been allotted. Application has been
made to London Stock Exchange plc for these new Ordinary Shares to be admitted
to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 19
November 2007. These new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing
shares of the Company.
Following this allotment the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company
has increased to 17,630,577 Ordinary Shares.
