                       Confirmation of Board composition


Further to the announcement of 22 February 2008 of the appointment of Roger
McDowell as Non-executive Director and the retirement of Ken Baker, the Company
is pleased to confirm that Mr McDowell has today been appointed as Non-Executive
Chairman. The Company also confirms that Mr Baker will continue to act as a
consultant to the Company until 30 June 2008.

As part of Mr Baker's retirement, the Board has agreed to extend the exercise
period during which the 208,000 warrants at an exercise price of 50 pence each
that Mr Baker currently holds are exercisable until to 10 March 2009.
