made to Mr Jeremy Hamers position, the word Chairman has been replaced with
Director.

In accordance with AIM Rule 17, Avingtrans announces that Mr Jeremy Hamer,
Non-executive Director, has informed the Company that Inter Link Foods Plc, of
which he was also a director, was placed in administration on 20 July 2007. Mr
Hamer resigned from the board of Inter Link Plc on that same day.
