Result of EGM

At the EGM held today, the resolutions to approve the disposal of the
Operating Companies was duly passed. In addition the Company will be changing
its name to Avingtrans PLC. The disposal of the Operating Companies to
Goldstart Limited is expected to complete by 17 November 2000 . A further
announcement will be made shortly.
