Aviva plc: Publication of Prospectus

 Aviva plc (''Aviva'') has today completed the annual update of its £5,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme. The programme enables Aviva to issue debt instruments including a range of hybrid securities.

The following prospectus has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:
