Aviva plc (the "Issuer") €50,000,000 Fixed/Floating Rate Subordinated Notes due 2019 (ISIN: XS0426430509) (the "Notes") Cancellation of Listing

The Issuer wishes to announce that it has, on 30 April 2014, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Notes, redeemed the Notes in full and that the listing of the Notes on the Official List of the United Kingdom Listing Authority has been cancelled with effect from (and including) 1 May 2014.

The Issuer announced on 28 February that it would be redeeming the Notes.
