Aviva plc (the "Issuer") EUR 500,000,000 5.700 per cent Fixed/Floating Rate Subordinated Notes (the "Notes") Cancellation of Listing

The Issuer wishes to announce that it has, on 29 September 2015, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Notes, redeemed the Notes in full and that the listing of the Notes on the Official List of the United Kingdom Listing Authority has been cancelled with effect from (and including) 30 September 2015.
