CGNU - Societe Generale and UniCredito Italiano shares

The previously announced sale of 2% of Societe Generale shares held by 
CGNU to the Foundations of UniCredito Italiano, and the purchase of 2% 
of UniCredito Italiano shares from the Foundations, which had been agreed 
in principle between the parties, has been delayed pending clarification 
of fiscal and legal issues involving the Foundations.
