Changes to Aviva plc Board Committee

Aviva plc announces that Mary Francis CBE, one of its independent non-executive directors, will step down as Chair of the Risk Committee, to be replaced by Michael Hawker AM, an independent non-executive director, with effect from 1 September 2011.  Mary Francis will remain as a member of the Risk Committee.
