De-listing of Aviva plc 25 pence ordinary shares on the Paris Stock Exchange



Due to the low level of trading of Aviva's 25 pence ordinary shares on Euronext
Paris in recent years, the Company has decided to cancel this secondary listing
and de-list its shares in Paris.  The cancellation is scheduled to take effect
from 23 April 2007.



Aviva shares will continue to be traded on the London Stock Exchange where Aviva
has its primary listing. Aviva also has a secondary listing in Luxembourg.
