Vesting of Aviva Recruitment and Retention Share Award Plan ("RRSAP")
On 3 June 2024, James Hillman received Aviva plc Ordinary Shares of 3217/19 pence each (Shares) following the vesting of the award granted under the RRSAP in March 2024. This award was to replace, on like for like basis, deferred compensation forfeited on resignation from his previous employer.
