Aviva Non-Executive Director Share Purchase Scheme

Pippa Lambert, Non-Executive Director, purchased 987 Ordinary Shares at a price of £4.89 on 30 September 2024, under the Aviva Non-Executive Director Share Purchase Scheme.

Aviva Savings Related Share Option Scheme

James Hillman, Group Chief Risk Officer, has been granted an option over 4,602 ordinary shares at an option price of £4.03 on 30 September 2024, under the Aviva Savings Related Share Option Scheme. Contributions will be deduced from salary over a three-year period, with an opportunity to buy shares at the option price at the end of the contract.
