Richard Harvey, Philip Scott and Patrick Snowball (Executive Directors) and Mike
Pemberton and Mark Webb (PDMRs) were awarded shares under the Aviva Deferred
Bonus Plan (DBP) and the Aviva Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) on 28 March 2003.
In accordance with the rules of the DBP and LTIP Schemes, shares have now
