Richard Harvey, Philip Scott and Patrick Snowball (Executive Directors) and John
Ainley and Tidjane Thiam (PDMRs) were awarded shares under the Aviva Deferred
Bonus Plan (DBP) and the Aviva Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) on 26 March 2004.
  In accordance with the rules of these Plans, shares have now vested and were
