AVIVA ANNOUNCES GUILLERMO DE LA DEHESA ROMERO'S RETIREMENT FROM THE BOARD

Aviva plc confirms that Guillermo de la Dehesa Romero, Non-Executive Director, retired from the board of directors of the company effective 31 December 2008 in line with the disclosure made in the Directors' Report of the Company's 2007 Annual Report and Accounts.
