CGNU and MMA / MAAF terminate discussions in France
CGNU plc announces that the discussions between CGU France and the MMA / MAAF
group, as announced on 6 July 2001, relating to the establishment of a
partnership, have by mutual agreement been terminated. It has not been
possible to reach an agreement that meets the requirements of both parties.
