Aviva plc (the "Issuer") announces that it has, on 22 May 2018, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Notes, redeemed the Notes in full and that the listing of the Notes on the Official List of the United Kingdom Listing Authority has been cancelled with effect from (and including) 25 May 2018.

This follows an announcement by Aviva plc on 20 April 2018 that it shall redeem these Notes in full.
