NOTICE OF 2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND ANCILLARY DOCUMENTS
The Company announces that it has today made available to shareholders the Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy.
The Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting is available to view on the Company's website at www.aviva.com/agm and copies of the documents mentioned above have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
Printed copies of t he Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy are being mailed to shareholders, together with the 2021 Annual Report and Accounts, in line with shareholder communication preferences.
The Company's 2022 Annual General Meeting will be held at 1pm on Monday, 9 May 2022 at The Queen Elizabeth II Centre (QEII centre), Broad Sanctuary, Westminster, London SW1P 3EE, with facilities to attend electronically.
It is possible that the Government may implement measures to address any developments in the COVID-19 situation. Information regarding any changes to the AGM arrangements will be provided on the Company's website at www.aviva.com/agm , and shareholders are encouraged to check regularly for updates.
