AVIVA plc - ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS

Aviva plc (the "Company") has today issued to shareholders its 2010 Notice of Annual General Meeting and ancillary documents, 2009 Report and Accounts and 2009 Annual Review. The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 28 April 2010 at 11 a.m. at The Barbican Centre, Silk Street, London EC2Y 8DS.

The documents listed below have today been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility at: 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E15 5HS.
