NOTICE OF 2019 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND ANCILLARY DOCUMENTS

The Company announces that it has today made available to shareholders the Notice of 2019 Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy.

The Company's 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 23 May 2019 at 11am at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre, Broad Sanctuary, Westminster, London SW1P 3EE.
