Notice Of 2024 Annual General Meeting and Ancillary Documents

 

 

The Company announces that it has today made available to shareholders the Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy.

 

The Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting is available to view on the Company's website at www.aviva.com/agm and copies of the documents mentioned above have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

 

Printed copies of the Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting and the Form of Proxy are being mailed to shareholders, together with the 2023 Annual Report and Accounts, in line with shareholder communication preferences.

 

The Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10:30am on Thursday, 2 May 2024 at York Racecourse, Knavesmire Road, York YO23 1EX, with facilities to attend electronically.
