Application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange for the admission of
1,864,846 ordinary shares of 25 pence each to the Official List. These shares
will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares. These ordinary shares were
issued as a Scrip Dividend alternative to receiving a cash dividend.
The application is expected to be heard on Tuesday 27 September with dealings
expected to commence on Wednesday 28 September.
