The following amendments have been made to the 'Director/PDMR Shareholding' announcement released on 15 March 2024 at 11:17 under RNS number 0699H:

 

1.         The aggregate prices have corrected as follows:

 

•           Mark Versey - £245.31 from £218.63

•           Douglas Brown - £250.12 from £222.92

•           James Hillman - £250.12 from £222.92

 

2.         The date of James Hillman's transaction is corrected to 2024-15-03 from 2024-16-02.

 

All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below.
