The Annual Report & Accounts for the year end 30 September 2019, which includes the Notice of Annual General Meeting, is now available on the Group's website at www.avon-rubber.com.   

Printed copies of the document will be posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive a paper copy on or around 20 December 2019. A copy has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.30 am on Thursday 30 January 2020 at Hampton Park West, Semington Road, Melksham, Wiltshire, SN12 6NB.
