Avon Rubber p.l.c. announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 7 February 2013, all the resolutions proposed in the notice of meeting were passed on a show of hands.

Retirement of Director

As previously reported in the 2012 Annual Report, Sir Richard Needham retired as Non-Executive Director of the Company at the conclusion of the AGM.
