Axis Intermodal plc ('Axis Intermodal' or the 'Company')
Transaction in Shares
Axis Intermodal was notified yesterday that on 17 January 2007 Sphere
Investments Limited ('SIL') acquired 364,377 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company ('Shares') from GA Intermodal Ltd ('GAIL') at a price of 6.875p per
share.
Stephen Ball, finance director of Axis Intermodal, has a beneficial interest in,
and controls, SIL. George Canvin, non-executive director of Axis Intermodal, has
a beneficial interest in GAIL. As a result of this transaction, their respective
holdings in the Company are as follows:
