On 10 May 2005, the Company announced that Mr Roland Perry had been appointed as
Finance Director of the Company. Following a substantially increased offer, Mr.
Perry has agreed to remain with Care Management Group Limited and has
accordingly advised the Company that he is no longer able to take up his
commitment to Intermodal and has resigned the position.

Executive Director, Mr.Stephen Ball, who relinquished the role of Group Finance
Director on 10 May 2005, has agreed to resume the position on a temporary basis
while a recruitment process is undertaken.
