Dividend Announcement

The Company's dividend announcement released at 7am on 13 October 2016 (RNS 3799M) should have read that the ex-dividend date was 3 November 2016 and is to be paid to all shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 4 November 2016.  All other details remain unchanged and the announcement should have read as follows:

Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Limited (the "Company") today announces that it declares the fourth ordinary dividend, for the period from 1 April 2016 to 30 September 2016, of 1.50p per share.  The dividend is to be paid on 25 November 2016 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 4 November 2016.  The ex-dividend date is 3 November 2016.

In aggregate, the Company has declared dividends of 4.35p per Ordinary Share for the period from the Company's admission on 5 November 2015 to 30 September 2016.
