Dividend Announcement

Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Limited (the "Company") today announces that it declares the second ordinary dividend, for the period from 1 January 2016 to 31 March 2016, of 1.00p per share.  The dividend is to be paid on 27 May 2016 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 6 May 2016.  The ex-dividend date is 5 May 2016.

In aggregate, the Company has declared dividends of 1.35p per Ordinary Share for the period from the Company's admission on 5 November 2015 to 31 March 2016.
