Dividend Announcement

Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Limited (the "Company") today announces that it declares the fifth ordinary dividend, for the period from 5 November 2015 to 31 December 2016, of 1.65p per share.  The dividend is to be paid on 24 February 2017 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 3 February 2017.  The ex-dividend date is 2 February 2017.

In aggregate, the Company has declared dividends of 6.00p per Ordinary Share for the period from the Company's admission on 5 November 2015 to 31 December 2016.
