Dividend Announcement

Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Limited (the "Company") today announces that it declares the first ordinary dividend, for the period from 1 January 2017 to 31 March 2017, of 1.50p per share.  The dividend is to be paid on 12 May 2017 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 21 April 2017.  The ex-dividend date is 20 April 2017.

In aggregate, the Company has declared dividends of 1.50p per Ordinary Share for the period from 1 January 2017 to 31 March 2017.
