Dividend Announcement

Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Limited (the "Company") today announces that it declares the third ordinary dividend, for the period from 1 January 2017 to 30 September 2017, of 1.50p per share.  The dividend is to be paid on 24 November 2017 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 03 November 2017.  The ex-dividend date is 02 November 2017.

In aggregate, the Company has declared dividends of 4.50p per Ordinary Share for the period from 1 January 2017 to 30 September 2017.
