Dividend Announcement

Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Limited (the "Company") today announces that it declares the second ordinary dividend, for the period from 1 January 2017 to 30 June 2017, of 1.50p per share.  The dividend is to be paid on 25 August 2017 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 04 August 2017.  The ex-dividend date is 03 August 2017.

In aggregate, the Company has declared dividends of 3.00p per Ordinary Share for the period from 1 January 2017 to 30 June 2017.
