Dividend Announcement

Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Limited (the "Company") today announces that it has declared an ordinary dividend for the period from 1 January 2018 to 31 March 2018 of 1.50p per share.  The dividend is to be paid on 25 May 2018 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 04 May 2018.  The ex-dividend date is 03 May 2018.
