Dividend Announcement

Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Limited (the "Company") today announces that it has declared an ordinary dividend for the period from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018 of 1.50p per share.  The dividend is to be paid on 22 February 2019 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 01 February 2019.  The ex-dividend date is 31 January 2019.
