Dividend Announcement

Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Limited (the "Company") today announces that it has declared the third ordinary dividend for the period from 1 January 2019 to 30 September 2019 of 1.50p per share.  The dividend is to be paid on 22 November 2019 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 01 November 2019.  The ex-dividend date is 31 October 2019.
