Dividend Announcement

Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Limited (the "Company") today announces that it has declared the first ordinary dividend for the period from 1 January 2020 to 31 March 2020 of 1.50p per share. The dividend is to be paid on 29 May 2020 to ordinary shareholders on the register at the close of business on 11 May 2020. The ex-dividend date is 07 May 2020.
