Axis Intermodal received notification today that following the acquisition of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 16 September 2008, Paul Anthony Bell is interested in 6,638,545 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 11.27 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
