behalf of Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd, pursuant to the FSA Disclosure and
Transparency Rules that, following a disposal of ordinary shares of 5p each in
the Company ('Ordinary Shares') on 4 September 2007, Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd
has an interest in 9,983,585 Ordinary Shares. This represents approximately
16.96 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
