                               Holding in Company

In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company was informed on 20
March 2007 by IPGL Limited ('IPGL'), that IPGL and Michael Alan Spencer hold
7,377,622 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, representing 12.53 per
cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

Michael Spencer is a substantial shareholder in and Chairman of the Board of
Directors of IPGL. Together he, his wife and the trustees of trusts for the
benefit of his children hold a majority of the issued shares in IPGL.
