Move to Daily NAV Estimates

Axiom European Financial Debt Fund Limited (the "Company") currently publishes its net asset value ("NAV") estimate per share on a weekly basis.  However, further to the announcement made on 13 November 2017, the Company has now updated its procedures such that the Company's NAV estimate per share will be published on a daily basis to provide Shareholders with the most up-to-date available information. 

The first daily NAV estimate will be announced on 7 December 2017, with respect to the 6 December 2017 NAV estimate. 

The daily NAV estimate will be produced by CACEIS Bank, Luxembourg Branch, and will be the responsibility of the Investment Manager, Axiom Alternative Investments SARL.  The Company will also announce monthly NAVs produced by the Company's Administrator, Elysium Fund Management Limited.  The Administrator will no longer produce any weekly NAVs.

It is intended that the daily NAV estimates will generally be released on the business day following the NAV date.  However, daily NAV estimates will not be released on national holidays in the UK and the NAV estimate that would otherwise have been released on that day will instead be released on the next business day.  When there is a public holiday in Guernsey but not the UK, a NAV estimate will be released as normal.  When there is a national holiday in Luxembourg, the NAV estimate for the business day prior to the Luxembourg national holiday will be released on the next business day after the Luxembourg national holiday.  The NAV estimate for the day on which there is a national holiday in Luxembourg will be released on the next business day, as normal.
